"Interviews with 1,017 Adult Americans"

It's August, and about 15 months before the next election. This is supposed to mean something?

Stupid article.

The GOP is split between 16 candidates now. When one is selected, people will coalesce around nominee, leaving Sanders in the dust.

The poll is two weeks old and it surveyed “adults”—not even registered, let alone likely voters. Several polls have confirmed that his negatives have dropped precipitously in that period.

Also, this was something of a push poll, asking about Trump’s dropping out or running third-party before getting around to asking for preference vs. Sanders.

Oh, also, of this sample 41% have never even heard of Sanders and 13% have heard of him but have no opinion.

The dems could nominate the leader of ISIS, and he’d still go into Election Day with 250 EVs in his hip pocket before the first popular vote is tallied.

That’s the state of things in this country today.

GOP vote is divided almost 20 ways by candidates who are alike on many things.

When the field slims down, Sanders will slink back to his commie hole.

The guy writing this is too dumb to be writing about elections period.

Bruit art just broke the story that Bush’s big donors are the same as Hillary’s big donors. Are they funding Sanders too?

That is basically what I have learned reading many posts here at FR from Trump supporters. LOL.

What I’ve learned is you hate Trump, and troll each and every Trump thread.

If Trump were doing poorly (as you desperately wish) the media and GOPe wouldn’t be trying to destroy the guy.

BTW, how does it feel to be on the same side as the Drive by Media and the GOPe?

Bernie Sanders is the "mad as hell" voter for the dem party, just as Donald Trump is for the 'pubs. When Trump gets the nomination against hillary, a lot of that dissatisfied vote will go to Trump.

The elite aren't going to give up. They're buying and paying for either Jeb or hillary, they don't care which one. It's obvious voters mostly despise those two, so what?

We've got our Trump card if US citizens keep waking up and focusing.

Relax folks, it is still 2015.

Needs to be repeated.

Mr. Jane Pauley (Doonesbury) is a pretty good indicator of where the progressive attack targets.

He’s after Trump.

There isn’t a dem lib running who doesn’t start with NY and CA in his or her pocket. That is why you make sure you have TX, fight for FL and OH, because IL and “108% Philly” Pennsylvania have been rigged in the dems favor for years.

Exactly. That’s why we shouldn’t mock a Sanders candidacy. If he gets the nod, he starts with a tremendous advantage.
