Re the name “Shrimp Boy” Chow. His parents got it off a used Chinese restaurant menu.

It originally was Shrimp Chow Men, but since he was a baby they changed it to Shrimp Boy Chow”.

I know this is bad but what do you want at 2:00 AM? A free egg roll?
