Right.. Trump is the Judas goat for the republicans..
but; Trump will not lay down easily..

Its a full year for any real debates or anything important happening..
Most all will forget all this in a couple of weeks..
its Kabuki Theater.. shadow boxing.. with shadows..

That situation has come up before; a nominee worth his salt will know how to deal with it.

Trump will be offered something he would like, with a promise of support for a future Presidential run. It can be done. I believe it has been done in the past, many times.

That's how Bush Sr. got to be Veep.

I agree with those who say Trump and Cruz won’t confront each other.

At this point, I think Cruz is happy to have Trump, and Carly and Jindal all attacking the Establishment- whatever draws the line between the GOP-e and the regular folks.

If Cruz has to confront trump in the future— no contest.
