Well, this ought to be good to watch the usual suspects defend the cop’s actions as reasonable.

That was absolutely incredible.. I do not have words to describe this.☺ And then the LEO just drives away...OMG!!

What is the background of this?

I would have asked:
“What kind of Law Enforcement Officer is concerned with “Constitutionalist”?
Isn’t that the foundation of your oath?”

There is some history here, as they guy references a past incident with the police. It would be interesting to know more about that.
The cop should be suspended, IMHO.

This guy does not deserve the name “Officer.”

Boy, that cop was patient. He’s going to wait until a SWAT team arrives.

I honestly never thought I would see the day when believing in the U.S. constitution would be used as a pejorative.

What the hell?
As a former Law Enforcement Officer I gotta ask is this cop a nut case? First why exactly did he stop where he did in the manner he did. Never once stated to the citizen why he was there and certainly no valid reasoning why he had his gun out. Hand in the pocket(?) Really? Then after some asinine conversation just up and leaves? What sorta report is he going to write up on that? He had his gun drawn. If our pistol cleared the holster we had better had a good reason and file a clearly written and understandable report of who, what, when, where, why............

I’m sick of these thugs the police are hiring and training. Really? A Constitutionalist?? Shouldn’t the cop be one too?

typical little bureaucrat with a gun. It's fun to push the sheep around, right? Notice he's in a nice little neighborhood cause this clown would get chewed up in the hood where there are REAL criminals.
The videographer is lucky he wasn't black, hispanic AND in the hood.
I see money in this guys pocket if this video gets spread around and the networks pick it up.

If this citizen or one of his friends lurks here, please contact me. I have a CA licensed lawyer buddy — big 2nd Amendment and Constitutionalist guy — who would LOVE to make the citizen (and OK, himself) a BOATLOAD of money here...

Some naive Freepers, and I can't recall the threads, have insisted that cops would not enforce obummer's marital law directives to disarm the public. This video is clear evidence that not only would those tin star retards gladly disarm the public, but are eagerly awaiting the order.
BTW, I lost all my guns, a double barreled shotgun and a flintlock pistol, when my canoe capsized.

I didn’t like the officer asking him if he was a constitutionalist. Poor choice of words.
However, the cop did nothing wrong. HE did not pull his gun “on” the guy. He took it out and kept it at his side pointing downward.
The guy making the video was a total idiot for not taking his hand out of his pocket. The officer doesn’t know whether he is armed or not and the guy sounded a bit irrational. If the cop had shot him, it would have been his own fault.
To: KneelBeforeZod
Unless there was probable cause, why is this not terroristic threatening? Sure would be if you did it I think?
