Many of the world’s glaciers are above the freeze line - it never gets warm enough for them to melt. They do lose ice due to sublimation - evaporation.

So the “problem” isn’t melting, it is lack of moisture replenishing the ice pack. In some places it is a problem - like where they use the ice melt for hydroelectric power or irrigation, or skiing or tourism.
