Let them go to courts martial. It is a violation of DoD policy NOT to arm those who are targets. ALL uniforms in these United States are targets and their Commanding Officers are derelict in their duties by not arming those in thier commands. This will not bode well for the chain of command at that installation.

The defense should simply present all the FBI/Intel alerts warning of attacks against recruiters and their families over the years and ask his ISIC what specific steps they took to assist the recruiting commands.
