RJC Demands Obama stop demonizing Jews for opposing the Iran deal.
Last week President Obama held a conference call with interested Americans, seeking to directly sell them on the nuclear deal the U.S. and its P5+1 partners made with Iran.
Many Jews who listened on the call were taken aback by what they heard as coded anti-Semitic language being used by the President to attack those who are critical of the deal.
On Friday, the Republican Jewish Coalition issued a statement demanding that Obama stop demonizing the critics of the Iran deal with code words for Jews.
Matt Brooks, the executive director of the RJC, quoted the President’s comment, that the “lobbying taking place on the other side is fierce, well-financed and relentless.”
Brooks responded, “Some of us have been around long enough to remember how Jewish groups – including Jewish Republicans – came down hard on the first President Bush for similar remarks.
“Apparently, the President’s claim that he ‘welcomes a robust debate’ was just rhetoric – like his administration’s repeated pledges to make Iran submit to ‘anytime, anywhere’ inspections.
“Jewish leaders need to hold President Obama to the same standards they held the first President Bush. And President Obama should stick to the facts and stop demonizing Americans who are rightly skeptical of his dubious deal with the Tehran regime.”
During a September 12, 1991 press conference, President George H.W. Bush said, in response to a question about loan guarantees to Israel:
“I think it will sell, but it’s taken a little time. And we’re up against a very strong and effective, sometimes, groups that go up to the Hill. I heard today there was something like a thousand lobbyists on the Hill working the other side of the question. We’ve got one lonely little guy down here doing it.”
As at least one observer noticed, in addition to using code words like “lobby” and “well-financed,” President Obama also repeated the idea that “the same people who are opposing the Iran deal got us into the Iraq war.” The “neocons” are frequently blamed for pulling the U.S. into the Iraq war, and “neocons” is frequently a code word for Jews.

Jews have to come to terms with the fact that they as a group contributed mightily to the election of a very anti Zionist President. His policies and attitude are no shock to those who took the trouble to looking closely at his record.

It was originally a blanket term for Leftist hawks in the mid 70s, most of whom were Jewish Israel supporters. Most of those folks left the Dem party during and after the Carter years and became a hawkish, but socially liberal element in the Republican party.
Nowadays leftists just use it as a pejorative term for pro-Israel lobbyists, a way of accusing rich powerful Jews of being the source of political opposition without coming right out and saying it.
Most of the opposition to USA getting nuked by Obama’s Iranian bomber friends is coming from American Christians. As is expected given the larger population of Christians. There are some Jews who are sufficiently aware of this extreme danger and they, too, are opposing this sabotage of American defenses and safety. (But, alas, there are also some prominent people, former Jews or Jews in Name Only or Jews with Jewish Suicide Syndrome) who are supporting Obama no matter how much damage he does to America. Same for some Christians. This is an awareness issue, not a religious issue, and Obama’s severe anti=Semitism does not help anything or anybody. We knew already how dangerous and anti-American (and sick) he is. We did not need further demonstrations of his sickness now.

Robust Debate: Everyone makes token arguments and then end up getting persuaded by my greatness.
Not quite true. If you analyze the presidential vote state by state in both 2008 and 2012, and compare the margins of Obama victories to the numbers of Jewish voters state by state, you'll find that only in Florida were there enough Jewish voters to turn Zero from a loser to a winner. And even if he had lost Florida in both 2008 and 2012, he regrettably would have had sufficient electoral votes to win the presidency both times.
Then there’s the massive voter fraud to take into account, IMO.
