100%She realizes she failed by her own actions (or lack of actions) but was passed for the convenience and rating of the school. That’s a good thing. Now she should go to correct her deficiencies and get the actual education she didn’t. The school is a worthless monstrosity sucking up tax dollars with imaginary results.
