This will be decided by Obama. He may do it. He may not. As a previous poster noted, the Clintons probably have all kinds of stuff they could lay out on Obama if it comes to that.

Two scenarios: Loretta can start criminal proceedings & you can believe me when I say that she’s going to throw the book at you, Huma, Bill, Chelsea, the Foundation & anyone or anything else she can possibly find one smidgen of dirt on OR you can step down for health reasons & if you & Bill go away quietly (i.e no badmouthing me, Michelle, ValJar, Reggie, et al & no tell-all books) I will give you a pardon when I leave office for anything that pops up in the meanwhile. Your choice.
A very possible if not likely scenario. How would you like to go to sleep every night knowing that Obama could end your political career with a thump by 9:00 the next morning?
