The most aggressive of the regulations requires the nations existing power plants to cut emissions 32 percent from 2005 levels by 2030 2030...sounds about right...the next ice age should be freezing everything...

"Does Iran have to comply?" No, the Obola administration has cleverly negotiated to allow Iran to increase their carbon footprint by 32%, they will also receive a formal written apology from the U.S. for all of our enviro-crimes(past and present, real and imagined), and two draft picks to be named later. Obola really knows how to negotiate.

Obamagic. He lowers the seas. He cools the sun.

There is a way to fight this tomorrow. All the power companies serving DC just need to say great idea sparky, in fact, we are going to go you one better, we are going to cut all emissions by turning everything off tomorrow at noon. There will be zero emissions from that point forward easily beating your goal.
Of course that will not happen because the power companies don’t care...they just pass on costs to ratepayers and when the rates go up, they just pass it along, suckers.
