The difference between the two is that the opposition party in Maryland’s legislature will most likely act against him when he needs their support down the road, unlike the opposition party in Washington, who never retaliate against Barry’s heavy-handed unilateral dictates. They always give him the votes he needs.

Exactly. Too concerned about reaching across the aisle. Seems to be they’re the only ones reaching. You would never know there’s a majority R Comgress right now.

Well, what they’re really complaining about is that Hogan is rolling back the worst of O’Malley’s taxes and regulations without giving them the opportunity to impede it all.

The other difference is that Larry’s dictates, as far as I know, are perfectly legal.
