One good choice for Homeland Security would be Joe Arpaio. Former New Mexico governor Gary Johnson should be considered to lead the IRS, as he actually cut taxes. Judge Napolitano would be a good Attorney General.

I like Cruz as VP and Palin as Department of Interior.
We can put Fiorina in charge of the IRS: she has experience firing people.
You also need to eliminate the EPA.
The best part is that Trump has promised to hand over power to his VP after two years. So Gov Palin will finally get the position she deserves.
