I don’t know that there is much more room in restaurant prices for increases. What we will be seeing next is shuttered up businesses. But, then, leftists love to see that. It warms their black hearts.
Husband & I are both retired. (He still works every hour that the good Lord sends, though - selling on ebay & all that involves.) Still, we don’t eat out all that much. Sunday lunch at places that are still fairly affordable, birthdays, holidays. Wendy’s is still reasonable AND we like Frosty’s. The free senior ones are just the right size!- I’ve always had to cook; but it has declined over the years to much simpler fare. - We still tip a generous, but reasonable amount (at restaurants where they have waiters to our table) 20% at supper & 15% at lunch. I reckon that’s still a sufficient amount.
