Have the locals even charged him with a crime yet? If they have, I haven’t seen any reports of it.Last I saw, the locals charged the hunting guide and landowner for violating the local rules and baiting the lion to draw it from the refuge.
The locals are perplexed at all the American outrage (First-World problems) over a dead lion, even one from a refuge.
