This is an old story. She first gave birth at 14 to a live child. Then she gave birth in a bathtub and the baby died. Then she had the shopping bag baby. It is obvious she sees no difference between murderering before birth and after birth. Then again, there is no difference.
She was thinking that with valuable body parts in her bag she could just barter with the store for clothing.
