Hopefully a group of unfortunate Boston Red Sox fans took their ball caps off in time.
After being asked to rise for the playing of the Star-Spangled Banner, a sick – possibly inebriated – fan vomited over the second railing at Fenway Park while his buddies watched in amusement.
The fan's puke plummeted multiple storeys before appearing to land on unsuspecting fans seated below.
After one fan lost his lunch, the Red Sox went on to lose 9-2 to the visiting Chicago White Sox.
Considering some stadium dustups happen as a result of spilt beer, we're guessing this didn't go over well.

The way the Sox have played this season, I’m surprised it isn’t happening every night.
If I had to watch the Sox this year, I’d be plastered too.
And this is posted in news/activism.
I would rather watch these games in the comfort of my home rather than dealing with all that.

Having gone to many Fenway Park games, I can assure you that there is a subset of fans that show up at the park already very much "in their cups" so to speak. The ballpark is surrounded by bars and the beer there is much cheaper than the swill sold inside the park. I've seen fans throw up but never over the balcony like that. That's just rude. At least have the courtesy to vomit on your own feet.
