I HOPE AND PRAY the Donald is the real thing.
But I also know the depravity of the men and women who spend fortunes on how to manipulate an electorate they DISDAIN - into voting the status quo.
I don’t care if it’s Roosevelt plotting to sacrifice those boys at Pearl Harbor after taunting Japan with an oil embargo -
Or Wilson, bowing to the banks who were going to lose their shirts if Germany prevailed -
Or Bush/Cheney - who desperately needed public support in their attack on [any Muslim country would do] - by manufacturing enough emotional trauma in an electorate that has proven over and over again - to be too preoccupied with their own survival to sufficiently monitor the monsters of Washington and the War Machine.
It seems to me that you believe the system of electing officials is corrupt, nothing but packaging, smoke, and mirrors. You’re surely not the only person ever to believe that. Directing the accusations at the Trump candidacy comes off, then, like complaining that the milk in your cup is white. If all milk is white, what you are pointing out actually says nothing about what’s in your cup that isn’t in any other cup, becoming a distinction without a difference. IOW, so what?
