ISIS has been recruiting in Afghanistan; Afghan refugees to Iran have been press-ganged into service and shipped off to Syria to fight al-Qaeda, ISIS, and various other jihadists and non-jihadist opponents of the Assad dictatorship, because Iranians don’t want to serve there.
