Thought just came to me. Having sat through a couple of editorial assignment sessions where reporters are given what they are to cover that day:

Greta had the soft ball interview at TT with picture taken. Very supportive of DT (she is a friend of Palin)

o Really is a personal friend of DT and already done an interview giving DT an opportunity to clarify his McCane statement

Hannity is a self proclaimed conservative pro DT

That leave Megyn who is top rated in her timeslot to expose and dispose of the attempted scum attack on DT. SHe interviewed all the mud slingers and brought their sliminess and motive to light. A job non of the others could have done
