I disagree.
We need to protect, even laud, people getting out of their armchairs and protesting, which is our right. Even if we don’t agree with what they are protesting about.
Our right to assemble and protest is the bigger picture item most here are pleading that we focus on. Well, here it is. Our chance to see the bigger picture. At least people care about something.
In my previous post, I said nothing or inferred nothing about halting the right to protest.
I’m appalled at the rush to judgement in this case.
None of us really know what happened during that hunt. Since we don’t know, I’m suggesting that everyone dial down the passion and rhetoric for a moment.
