Exactly! What we do need to reform is the slow and laborious process that farmers, for example, need to go through to obtain approval for temporary workers, which often results in a temporary visa after the farmer no longer has a need for the sesonal worker. That, and get rid of anchor babies and scale back family-based visas to 1 degree of affinity (parent-child) provided they will not become a burden on society.

Farmers and growers(slavers) want a free market to set the prices for their products but paradoxically want a firm fixed (low) price for labor. And if theses babies don't get anyone to respond to their wage offer they import wetback slaves and call Americans worthless and don't want to work. F em all.
