Sanger was before Hitler . She has killed far more than he did by a factor of 100!! They are set up in poor black neighborhoods to kill as many black babies as they ever did.
If I remember right didn’t they recently set up a baby killing facility on an Indian reservation ? Can’t recall if that was PP or another outfit...
