In February, Bishop Badejo said the United States administration [and Hillary Clinton when she was US Secretary of State] has made it clear it would not help Nigeria fight Boko Haram unless the country modify its laws regarding homosexuality, family planning and birth-control. Not surprising but very, very disturbing.

Is this the same Obama who in December of 2009 stated that he "didn't want to meddle in other countries' internal affairs" when Iranian people were protesting their presidential elections and were only looking for words of support and encouragement?
