So before the officer was pulled off his feet and pulled or drug to death under the vehicle and killed, he wisely shot first before that could happen?
I want to make sure I have this right.☺
I listed the evidence that I haven't seen released in my post #384.
And I must say your perception of this is very creative.
You seem to have missed or forgotten post #260. Ridicule is the pathetic recourse of a weak argument, and your posts contain little more than ridicule.
That's an amazing story btw. So before the officer was pulled off his feet and pulled or drug to death under the vehicle and killed, he wisely shot first before that could happen?
There is nothing "amazing" about this tragedy. Mr. Dubose appears to have started his car and put it in gear. He thus exhibiting his intent to drive away against Officer Tensings lawful command. If Officer Tensings hand was held by Mr. Dubose or somehow trapped in that car, then it was likely a good shoot. Officer Tensing is permitted to use deadly force to defend his life. He doesn't have to wait to be knocked over and run over before justifiably employing deadly force. Mr. Dubose would bear the full responsibility for his own death.
I want to make sure I have this right.
I applaud your effort, it would be a first for you on this entire thread.
