You're clearly not paying attention. The prosecutor was certainly correct, the officer had no business being a cop. They brought in seasoned investigators and looked at the video 400x enlarged it, in slow motion frame by frame. And then they sent the prosecutor out with the bad news. This is painfully clear.
That could very well be the case.
I haven’t had a chance to step thru the raw video at 400x frame by frame.
Check your vitriol. I’m trying to objectively understand what happened, not hammer on a preconceived notion.
