Yeah, I just re-watched that part of the video and caught the same thing. I can't quite make out whether the bottle was unopened (obviously hard to see the little seal on the bottle), but it certainly looked full.

I must have watched the moments leading up to the shooting at least 20 times now, looking for some possible justification. I just can't see it. At most, maybe the officer was afraid that the guy was going to flee (as he appeared to turn the car on, and maybe put it into drive), but getting from there to deadly force, in less than two seconds, is just.....unbelievable.
