Appoint her EPA Administrator and watch two-thirds of the staff resign within the first six months. I've heard that EPA is top-heavy with upper-GS level employees who are past retirement age and are just lingering there, drawing full pay. Sarah would compel a bunch of those aging hippies to leave, post-haste. Seeing her photo on every "all hands" e-mail would be more than they could stand - like being forced to listen to Limbaugh and watch Fox News, all rolled into one. :-)
