He runs 3 miles 5 days a week on a treadmill - backwards. I read that he runs a 10 mt. Mile, but having tried to run a single mile backwards in 20 mts. and experienced much difficulty, I am hard pressed to believe it.
I’ve never seen someone that age move in such a fluid way....it’s uncanny.
