He is just doing what he needs to do to establish himself as the person who is against the so called establishment and he is doing a good job of it. Hume, just did what any good analysis would do and called it what for what it was.

What McConnell did, lying was inappropriate. What Cruz did, criticizing the lie was appropriate.

So what does Brit do? He ignores what McConnell did that was inappropriate and criticizes Cruz for doing what was appropriate.

Anybody with at least half an ounce of objectivity would not do that.
