Is this the gentleman who ruined the buffet at the Harrow Club?
The line is from Eddie Murphys 1984 hit movie Beverly Hills Cop, in which Murphy plays the street-smart Detroit Detective Axel Foley. When his best friend is killed, Axel realizes there is a connection to a Beverly Hills art dealer and heads west to investigate the case. Once there, he clashes with the straight-laced, by-the-book Beverly Hills cops as he investigates the rich and on-the-surface art dealer who he suspects is really a smuggler of everything from drugs to bearer bonds.
In one scene Foley brazenly talks his way in to confront the art dealer at his posh private club - the Harrow Club. The art dealers henchman tries to get Foley removed, there is a fight and the bounteous buffet table is smashed. Arrested, Foley is released and confronted at the police station by the Beverly Hills cops - when in walks the snooty, arrogant police chief. As seen here, the chief glares at Foley and asks the line above, summoning the supervising lieutenant to a stern meeting. As he walks away, Foley, incredulous at the snooty ignorance of what is going, mimics the chief. Is this the man who wrecked the buffet at the Harrow Club?
The line comes to mind when watching the GOP Establishment deal with Donald Trump. and watching Senate Majority Leader and his cronies dealing with Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX). First, the GOP and Mr. Trump.

I like it-—Harrow Club Republicans!
If the elites keep this up, there will be no base. PERIOD.
The GOP heirarchy is whistling past the graveyard.
They still believe they are going to foist another Dole, McCain or Romney on us and we are going to suck it up and vote for their loser.
They had their chance and the GOP at this time has no winning track record to be as arrogant and clueless as they are.
The people have been good to them and were repaid with treachery.
Or, more accurately, perhaps, there will be no "Harrow Club Republicans"...
What happened in Mississippi was a GOPe lynching. No quarter.
I just watched Raw again this past weekend. Eddie Murphy is a national treasure.
Delirious is even funnier, and very un-PC.
The GOPe is a creature of the K-Street lobbyists, they have been paid now they will march off the cliff.
Nothing else matters to them.
(It should also be noted that Axel turns out to be right about his suspicions. )
