I think they should be required to state when they entered the US, how much they earned in each year, and what taxes they paid. If they earned or filed under a stolen SS number, whose number was it?
Then they should have to pay all the back taxes with interest, although not at a very high rate - say 4%. If they earned cash off the books, they also owe 15.3% self-employment tax.
If they turn out to owe tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars that they can’t pay, then they will be asked to leave.
This category of crime should reach 75-80%. Would Trump consider these individuals with such offenses as OUTSTANDING?
