Its no secret March of Dimes has been giving to Planned Parenthood for decades at least since the early 90’s when I became aware.

You are going to have to work on your Liberalese language skills. Everybody knows that Interconception education involves teaching a woman about the importance of being as healthy as she can be between pregnancies. :)
