>>The Trump bashers are all making a critical mistake - they are attacking the MESSENGER and ignoring the MESSAGE.<<
Which “message”? Today’s? Yesterday’s? The message he delivered when he was a registered Democrat? Or the one he delivered as a Reform Party candidate (or some such party...not worth looking it up. Wasn’t he registered as an Independent before he declared for the GOP nomination?
Which message(s) should we ignore.
Or should we just do like everyone supporting him is doing and like him because he’s saying (today) what we want to hear? Because that’s all he’s doing. It’s called pandering, which is usually a really dirty word in here. But that’s really all he’s been doing, is pandering, which is why he’s so short on policy explanations. He doesn’t have any because you don’t need any when people just buy what you’re saying because they like hearing it said.
Don’t get me wrong; I am not a Trump supporter or apologist. The message he is articulating is that the people are PO. Whatever his messages were in the past were, that has no bearing on TODAY’s message.
What politician outlines HOW he will accomplish what he promises? None, they all talk at 30,000 feet. If it is pandering, then let’s eliminate all candidates and vote “None of the above” or write-in.
