Johnson, as I recall, started out “conservative” maybe for eight or twelve months, right? The rest is history.
He said all of the right things. I supported him at the time and now he tries to put as much distance between himself and the tea part as he can.
My big mistake was voting for someone with no voting record.
Some of these guys running really know how to push conservative buttons and say the right thing. One in particular has no voting record and has held conflicting opinions over the years but he is saying all the things conservatives want to hear. We should tread carefully.
