I work in technology and have hired in the neighborhood of 500 people in my career. Every position has required a technical degree. The issue is you just don’t see that many black candidates. If Jesse really wanted to help, perhaps he should be “ministering” the youth to go to school and get a STEM degree. Of course, that would require his motives to be pure.

My wife, through the company she works for has hired hundreds of applicants over the years. She says it’s very difficult to find a black applicant, who can pass both, a drug test and criminal back ground investigation.
