This poll and the PPP poll shows virtually the same for Trump and both seem to show that he perhaps peaked on 7/16-19 and has now stalled.

I know some Twitter guys trying to claim this. First, we've had more people enter the race, esp. Walker who actually began his campaign since the last PPP poll. In other words, Walker has had time to get a bump, but not time for his positions to be attacked and for his popularity to fall.
Trump has been doing a lot of media, but I think his greatest bumps come when he does crowd events that the media has to cover. He blew Bush off the stage in FL, crawing about 1500 more people than Bush.
In short, I don't buy the "peaking" argument at all.

He will “un-stall” after the first debate.

Trump will be at 35% or higher after the debates.

peaked on 7/16-19 and has now stalled. That's wishful thinking. Trump has awakened the great silent majority in this country and it's looking around and seeing the destruction the DC elites in both parties have wrought on our culture, our economy and standing in the world and they're pretty pissed off.
