The conference began July 22 and will end this Saturday. Emphasizing the importance of Millennial voters in upcoming elections, progressive activists spoke to a nearly empty auditorium at the College Democrats of America annual conference on Friday.
Despite offering a full day of activities, speakers like Julian Castro, and campaigning advice from top political operatives, the College Democrats of America were barely able to fill the first couple rows with young attendees.

Maybe it was $2 pitcher night at the pub...
Maybe they are finally realizing that the Democrats have ruined their future by growing the debt to spend on their own stuff and pushing the debt and taxes on their children and grandchildren.
Frye? Frye? Frye?
Maybe it was $10 organic pitcher night at the pub.
Maybe reality slapped ‘em down hard. We can hope they finally got a clue anyway.
That pic of the empty auditorium is priceless.
Guess our young Americans CAN perform logic and reason. Especially about their money.
All it will take is Hillary (or whoever) promising some Groupons for student loan relief and the voters will turn out bigtime.

Yeah, not all of the young graduates who cannot find jobs have useless liberal arts degrees. Some of them studied math, economics and statistics. Perhaps they are able to have some impact in discussions with their more touchy feely peers who believe in unicorns. And of course, they also believe in rainbows and pots of gold to care for the rainbows.
Democrats didn’t pay them to come.
I confess...it’s been so long since I darkened the door of a bar, I have no idea what the price of a pitcher is. I had to work in a few bar-type establishments when I was younger and I don’t find it a place I can relax.
Wait’ you mean young people are not enthused about either two white old people like Bernie and Hillary...?
One who is an old nasty soul less, cold hearted, drunk and the other a relic of the sixties, a red diaper doper baby...
Shocking...
They are all too stoned to attend.
Same here. I was just estimating that organic beer is roughly 5 times the price of the beer we grew up on.
The speakers emphasized the important role Millennial voters can play in the political process by getting out the vote, engaging fellow students on campus, and supporting the objectives of the Democratic Party. What? You mean they aren't all giddy about gay marriage, min. wage, equal pay, Obamacare etc.?
I bet Trump could have filled the room...and the halls.
The bulk of the young Democrats who should’ve been there were aborted by their Leftie parents.
Which one is which?
They usually don’t learn the value of a dollar and about government confiscation of you income until after they graduate and work a few years. Many come around once past age 25.
Rule 1. If 'young people' are hired from Craigslist and have NO political feelings whatsoever - - the PRESS WILL NOT DUPE AMERICANS WITH LIES ABOUT 'THE YOUNG' BACKING DEMOCRATS.
Rule 2. The press will NOT be covering for Hillary in the future.
