Moral outrage will do little to stop them here and now. Legal will. They are in deep legal trouble. The current Fed may do nothing, but each State can and in 2017 the DOJ can come down on them with a big hammer.
Thumbs up. Absolutely right.
What I mean is that only when the moral outrage reaches a red glow will lawmakers feel the cover enough to do something. The PP lady is making a legal argument, “We didn’t do anything illegal.” But that’s not her group’s real problem.
PP is using the same style arguments as do the klintoons. PP may indeed find a way to squirm out by some ‘letter of the law’. THAT is one of the primary mentalities that needs to change in America.
The significant majority of Americans used to believe and do what was right and understood and followed both the ‘intent’ of both law and the moral obligation. That has eroded. Because of politicians? Or did the politicians just recognize the populas’ moral fiber is weakened and are happy to take advantage?
That would be funny if it wasn’t so outright sickening.
