Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Republican presidential candidate and billionaire business mogul Donald Trump said he will beat Hillary Clinton because her refusal to turn over her private email server in light of a congressional subpoena is “criminal.”
Host Jake Tapper pointed out that in the latest polls Trump would lose to Hillary Clinton in a head-to-head match up, to which Trump replied, “The fact is that what she has done is criminal. I mean what she has done is criminal. I don’t see how she can run because if the prosecutors who are all Democrats by the way, and that’s part of the problem with fairness here, they’re all Democrats, so they’re protecting her, but if you had an impartial prosecutor and they were honorable, and maybe they are, we’re going to find out but what she’s done is criminal.”

Other Republicans should study this. Ignore the question. Get your point across. Jake Tapper is clearly trying to get Trump off message and change the subject.

Hillary will not be the candidate.
Yes, answer the question you wanted to be asked instead of what was actually asked.
However Trump answers the question he would still lose.
All Trump has to do is get one of his underlings to make contact with some higher up in Chicomm Intelligence. Offer the guy, say $10M or $20M for all of Hillary’s emails which, no doubt, they have.
Wait till Hillary gets the nomination and then expose the emails, especially the ones that contained classified information.
Did you see Trump’s guy Michael Cohen on Hannity the other night? He’s better than all the other GOP candidates, and he’s not even running for anything.

Then maybe someone should ask Trump about why he made campaign and foundation contributions to a criminal who he considers a friend.

They have asked. And he has explained.

I think the problem with Trump is his massive ego. I can see him being a spoiler, like Perot. We could end up with Hillary or any of the other hideous Democrats winning because the GopE will doubtless saddle us with a Bush or Christie.
Not that we haven’t had our share of bad Republican candidates. Still a hold-your-nose vote for Romney would have been better than electing a man who is probably not a citizen and who has demonstrated his hatred for all things American. Obama has likely given us a nuclear Iran which will almost certainly result in the incineration of at least one American city. On top of that Obama’s illegal alien play will saddle us with generations of Latinos and Islamists who have no intention of ever being contributing Americans. In politics you have to weigh the competing evils. There hasn’t been any “good” since Reagan.
I expect an attempt to assassinate Trump any time now.The establishment types can not allow him to continue.
