I believe a lot of idolization of this republic has died. The icon has feet that are now visibly of clay.
And that, we should all hope, will serve to remind people that their hope never should have been in an earthly country.
Once people have started to look for their hope directly in a supernatural Lord in spite of natural circumstances, I believe they will (as even I) be pleasantly surprised. God always was ready to be the octane in our gas, as it were, but we never took it seriously enough as long as things were nice on earth and we did not have to fight prolonged battles against the devil. This has changed.
Sometimes I thought I was the only one who saw this happen.
It doesn’t help to have an activist Pope, anti capitalist, therefore anti- American.
We were founded as the result of a fight for ownership of a capitalististic entity.
Now capitalism itself is threatened by a party who should take no position.

We are living in Biblical times. Not because of what’s happening here, but mostly because Israel has not a friend in the world, and Iran has an extra 50 billion of terrorist money to play with.
Best to get right with God, through faith in Jesus Christ. And start looking up.
Coexistence is not possible. The so called left must be destroyed. They have erected within our government agencies to fulfill their agenda. These too must be destroyed.
If you listen to Kerry and Obonzo’s pal, Ayatollah Khamenei, America is the new Evil Empire. I’ll bet Kerry and Obonzo told him to say that.
These are, indeed, the last days of man. I have the bitter taste of loss in my mouth. However, I refuse to believe that we will not overcome in the end. We know how the earthly story ends but the battle between good and evil will continue to be waged in whatever forms they take on. So don’t bet the farm that there no more holy victories to be had. I always thought we would go down swinging for the wall. I will continue in that mode until I breathe no more.
The differences between right and wrong still exist and require a response. Which side do you want to own? The choice is as clear as it ever was.
Don’t be so defeatist. America will rise. It survived the War Between the States. It will survive this. I got out of school and started working for a living in 1979. The tone then was much as it is now. 18 months later, Ronald Reagan was president and shortly thereafter, things took off.
We have a good line up going into 2016. The left is aging. The 20 and 30 somethings are not lining completely up on the left.
