Yea, I was wondering too how THIS ‘Justice Department’ could be investigating Hillary without Obama himself authorizing it - there is simply NO WAY that could happen.
So, yes, they’ve written her off. I’m sure they told her to slink away, but she wouldn’t. So the President simply used some of the tools at his disposal to effect the same outcome.
