Ah right of course. Well I've found a huge portion of the legal side has no clue about the law. I was told by a Dallas County asst DA that my TX CHL doesn't apply in gas stations that sell beer and wine. It really amazes me that the people with the power to screw up someone's life that bad have no clue what the applicable law even is...
