Just being honest, Trump has no reason to want to be vice president. He’s almost 70, the campaign would be with his money, and he’s a bit convinced of his own leadership abilities.

I can, however, see a junior senator from Texas accepting a VP position, though, as a launching pad for the future. JMHO.

Right now I'm leaning towards Ted Cruz because he is really solid on the social issues and Trump is kinda squishy on them. The problem is that currently Cruz is not getting a lot of traction. His speech on the Senate Floor yesterday really laid down the gauntlet and showed Cruz to be a man of unparalleled principles.

Cruz will be lucky to get a broom closet for an office unless McConnell either resigns or pretends that Cruz didn't call him a bald faced liar on the floor of the Senate.

What he did was powerful and showed a leadership I haven't seen since Reagan.

I had waivered in my support because of several questionable votes by Cruz. But none of the other candidates, except Trump have shown the courage to stand up to both the media and the Washington Cartel. I would be happy to vote for either of them. Both of them would be nice too.

Trump/Cruz or Cruz/Trump.

I have a feeling there is a very large contingent of middle class voters who are fed up with both parties and having these two real mavericks in the race is great. I can only hope one of them wins the nomination.
