They have status as a non-profit, non-partisan org even though their staff are paid 6 figures.
I do not understand how it could possibly have that status
The Republicans will not defend their bill to defund.
But, assuming we cannot overturn the legality of fetal murder, the least the Republicans could do, in addition to defunding, is to remove their non-profit status through legislation.
AND DEFEND THAT BILL AGAINST VETO.
If not an outright over-ride, then through every dirty trick in the book. Shut the entire government down if necessary.
