Let me break this down for y’all.

Trump and Cruz possess the power to destroy the legacy of political elite frauds.

...and their wielding it!

I wonder what Cruz is planning to do career-wise if his presidential campaign falls short. It’s hard to imagine him hanging around the Senate for decades, as it’ll be an even lonelier place for him after this than it already was. I assume he has his eye on a seat on an appellate court somewhere, either at the circuit level or SCOTUS itself, once a Republican’s back in the White House. Alienating the people who vote to confirm federal judges is an … interesting strategy, but maybe Cruz figures that a Senate Republican majority would be too scared of the base to reject him. Even if you dislike his style politically, there’s no question he’d be a staunch conservative as a judge. You deny the right another Scalia on the bench at your peril.

Deep down inside, Ted's another boring judge at heart? If Ted loses his presidential bid and he's smart and doesn't like the Senate, he should run for governor. That would give him a head start the next time he runs for president. Unfortunately, a term or two as governor and the compromises that would require could make Ted the next Bush or Perry in the eyes of some people who love him now.

Cruz has picked up a few pointers from his big brother Donald Trump. Cruz is realizing he better do something different or he will never get out of the rut he is in. Listening to Ted here sounds just like The Donald.

Jesus, Mary, and Joseph!

So, does anyone here think he isn’t tag teaming with Trump?

It was like watching a really powerful patriotic movie where you’re cheering the guy on. I would bet there hasn’t been that much brutal honesty conveyed in those halls since our founding. Great job Ted.

Cruz has to post this speech online, because it will never be shown on the networks, not even Fox, better known as GOPe News.

One thing I would like to point out is the hysterics I’ve watched over the years if one party feels the “character” of a colleague has been impugned. One of their friends will race to the floor demanding an apology and that their words be stricken from the record. Cruz made a lengthy speech pointedly calling out McConnell’s lies. The fact no one came to shout him down was telling.

Wake me when they kill funding for NPR. It’s political theater and Cruz is an actor.

I just watched Cruz on the floor and he really set the record straight.

It is in my humble opinion that McConnell has the mindset that he can outright
lie and say to himself and Boehner "There's not a Damn thing they can do about my Lies"!

Well, yes there is something they can do, make it record and take him to the
public to be tasked and shamed. McConnell's depends must be full right now and if he thinks
Cruz has audacity, he should look into the mirror at his Hubris for lying to the public,
our State representatives, and lawmakers who are there for us. McConnell lied to US!

Makes one wonder how corporations influenced the Iran deal in regards to the Senate. On the face of it, the deal is nonsense, unless the entire point of the deal is to lift sanctions.

Cruz vents the frustration that every Republican voter has felt with Congress since 2010.

Here's my disappointment with the 2010 thru 2014 elections.

Void the bowels of Washington, D.C. 2014

Well the elections administered the stimulant for the evacuation but..

I'm broken hearted because
Washington only farted.
