"If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures." - Alexander Hamilton |

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support. Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates wouldnt make any sense at all." -- President Ronald Reagan |

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams |

FWIW, the four Senators that just had perfect scores on some conservative ranking (I don’t recall which one) are Sessions, Lee, Selby, and RandPaul.

In all due respect to Mr. Cruz, 0bama is definitely not committed to ‘liberal’ principles.
He’s committed to the communist takeover of every area of the United States. He’s committed to a nuclear Iran and disarming Israel.
And those are his good points.

Cruz or Trump. Those are the only ones I’ll vote for. Any other Repugnant candidate will be synonymous with being forced to vote for a 60s - 70s era Democrat.

IF you are against Abortion, Gay Marriage, and Universal Healthcare, then "The Donald" shouldn't even be on your short list because he is for Abortion, won't fight Gay Marriage, and is still for Universal Healthcare.
If you don't care about those issues, go ahead and vote for "The Donald".

According to many on FR, describing one's self as a Democrat, donating to Democrat politicians, giving money to the Clinton Foundation, advocating for universal health care, pushing for eminent domain, favoring amnesty and so many other things is now "conservative".

Cruz voted for Obama’s negotiations with Iran, which is all about opening Iran to trade with GE and other global titans. A gift to the US Chamber and GOP-e.
Cruz advocates to increase H1-B Visas and voted to give work permits to illegals in this nation. Another gift to the US Chamber and GOP-e.
Cruz opposed, then voted for Obama’s Trade Promotion Authority. Another gift to the US Chamber and GOP-e.

IF you are against Abortion,
No President, Senator or Congressman has ever done anything about abortion. "abortion" is used as a dangling carrot to keep you one note johnnies voting for them and they NEVER have anything to show for it. And yet, here you are once again dangling the "abortion" carrot.
Gay Marriage,
LOL! did history just begin for you this morning when you woke up?..Gay marriage is a done deal.
and Universal Healthcare,
Once again with the dangling carrot. I's here and it's here to stay thanks to Republicans that refuse to do anything about it. If Cruz was President and Congress was controlled by Republicans or Democrats he would be an empty suit. Both Republican and Democrats are of like minds when it comes to hating Cruz.

I’m a TED CRUZ supporter, but according the articles I’ve read, The Donald reversed his position on abortion a few years ago.

Get your facts straight:
1. Iran Bill:
WASHINGTON, D.C. U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, released the following statement regarding votes on the Iran Nuclear Review Act: This bill was a missed opportunity. If Congress had acted to defend our constitutional authority if Congress had adopted the Cruz-Toomey amendment then we would be able to stop a bad Iran deal. Instead, the odds are now overwhelming that under these ground rules President Obama will negotiate, and Congress will acquiesce to, a terrible deal that allows Iran to acquire nuclear weapons and will endanger the lives of millions of Americans and our allies.
I voted no on cloture because we should have insisted on amendments to put real teeth in this bill. Ultimately, I voted yes on final passage because it may delay, slightly, President Obamas ability to lift the Iran sanctions and it ensures we will have a Congressional debate on the merits of the Iran deal. I will continue to lead the fight to prevent the Islamic Republic of Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and to protect the national security of America and our allies.
2. H1-B Visas: So?? Please provide evidence that proves increasing H1-B visas actually steals the jobs of Americans and that it is done on more than just a very, very occasionally basis by on or two bad players like SCE and Disney. 1000 jobs (SCE & Disney) / 350,000 H1-B visas = 0.3 %. This is not a systemic problem or even a small problem. Those abusing the process should be punished severly, but falsely claiming that H1-B is "Stealing" American jobs as if all H1-B visas is stealing jobs is a lie.
3. Senator Cruz voted for, and then finally, against TPA.
IF you want to see someone who is in the US Chamber's pockets, look at Scott Walker. That man will destroy the US by eventually giving citizenship to the millions of Illegal Aliens in this country.

Im a TED CRUZ supporter, but according the articles Ive read, The Donald reversed his position on abortion a few years ago.
Then you are not informed concerning Trump's Abortion position.
JANUARY 2015
First he states he is in support of Abortion for Rape, Incest and Health of the Mother.
Then Trump was asked about a abortion by a woman being pregnant, and not from rape or incest, and Trump answered that it depends on how far along the baby is.
It depends when
INTERVIEWER: So say a woman is pregnant, and it is not in any of those exceptions [rape/incest]categories, and she chooses to have an abortion TRUMP: it depends when, it depends when
