Gay marriage - nonsense. Marriage is a religious institution that the government has no business endorsing or failing to give license to in the first place. The government has no business treating anyone differently because the took part in a religious service. I think Alabama has taken action toward this approach. Further, your your church wants to marry people of the same sex, the government should stay out of it.

However, over in what we like to call reality, Cruz is the only Senator that has routinely thrown monkey wrenches in the plans of the GOP Establishment, while your guy Trump has mostly gone along with the Establishment, including Universal Healthcare, Abortion, and Gay Marriage.
