Actually, I think the deal was for 20 IL-78 MKI tankers, not 100, which would make a bit more sense. They do have outstanding deals for up to 250 Su-30MKMs, 48 J-10s, and some JF-17s. With the sanctions off you'll probably start seeing some of these arriving shortly. Now taking delivery of them and getting everyone trained to use them in combat is going to take years by my estimate.
