I think if one of the people that you mentioned was pulled over then they would be familiar with the law and would actually calmly comply. Sandra was hostile and violated the law. The people you mentioned would have acted proper and listened to the cop so the entire situation would have been better.
If this cop pulled over a Waller County Supervisor, the Tropper would have bent over backwards to kiss a$$.
