I didn’t contradict myself at all. People in any job are trained not to be jerks, but I’ve seen jerk teachers, doctors, etc. It just happens. However, him being a jerk may warrant better training, but is not illegal.

He could have handled it better or differently, but nothing he did was unlawful. She could also have handled is better or differently, but her actions were unlawful. Nothing in his bad attitude forced her to break the law. She chose to do that all on her own.

Also, any argument that she only had to comply with the cop if he was nice is also BS. Under this argument nobody would ever get arrested so the cops couldn’t even arrest any murders or rapists because I have yet to see a criminal that appreciated getting arrested or loved their arresting officer.
